4. Who will be handling my cases?
Drs. Gardiner, McGill, and Trainor will diagnose cases. The processing of those cases will be done by our expert and experienced staff - Drs. Rigas, Gasper, Gailbraith, Ganta, Tatiersky, Dailey, Danieu, and Mouser also diagnose cases. See their profiles on Our Team page.
5. Can I use the supplies I currently have?
Yes, you can continue to use the supplies you currently have. If you need additional supplies please fill out the Supply Request Form and mail or fax it to us. You can also contact us at 800.426.2099, fax at 801.584.5104, or email us by clicking here.
6. What carrier service does ARP use?
We partner with FedEx and you can continue to use FedEx packages and labels that were provided to in you in the past.
7. Why will my LigoLab web portal not load?
The web portal does take about a minute to load. LigoLab has trouble functioning on Mac devices. If using Mac, switch to a PC. If you are still having trouble please call us at 800.426.2099 or email us by clicking here.
8. What constitutes a site/lesion for a biopsy sample?
